Code Chronicles, curated by Aleksandra Artamonovskaja in collaboration with Aleksandra.Art, examines how generative systems mediate continuity through works addressing perception, impermanence, obscurity, and memory. The exhibition brings together eight artists working across generative and AI-based practices, contrasting rule-based generative processes — which offer artists greater control over outcomes — with machine learning approaches that produce imagery through recursive combinations of image-data and artistic instruction. The show explores digital identity manifestations and art's evolving role in the digital future, referencing web3's intent to unify digital identities across platforms.
